What WalMart Does And Can Do Better.

- Cheap products make for cheap prices, but the fact that a lot of people buy from Walmart allows them to have even cheaper prices.
- Most of the products Walmart sells are manufactured overseas because it is a lot cheaper. This means that they do not use as many US workers to manufacture their products. They order so much volume that buying in bulk gets it cheaper. Then they get profit because they sell their items for cheep
- The new Walmart Neighborhood Market in Altadena is all about fresh even though they may not get their fruit and veggies from local farms. However, some of their meat comes from local butchers according to the Altadena Town Council President.
- Walmart should pay their workers more money and should have more full time jobs.
- Walmart should manufacturer more in the US, thereby creating more US jobs.
- Walmart should improve conditions for their overseas workers.
- Walmart Neighborhood Markets should make use more local produce for their stores.
